We therefore render services such as:

• Prescribed procedures for all pre-incorporation (company, business name and trustee)
• Post incorporation services such as changes in directors, shareholders, memorandum, increase/decrease in share capital
• All statutory returns(annual returns, resolution, notices declaration etc) are filed promptly at the Corporate Affairs Commission.
• Registration of intellectual property (trademark, patent and copyright).
• Minutes of board meetings are promptly developed, approved at subsequent board meetings and included in the minutes book.
• The company seal is securely kept to prevent its improper use
• Annual General Meetings are held promptly as at when due
